FORGIVENESS CHALLENGE

Forgiveness isn’t always easy, but it’s necessary for growth. Holding onto anger or hurt only keeps us bound to the pain of the past. Forgiving doesn’t mean we forget, or that we’re excusing someone’s actions—it means we’re choosing peace over bitterness, freedom over resentment. When we forgive, we take back control of our emotional well-being, releasing the weight of what’s been done to us.

It’s not about them, it’s about you. Letting go is the ultimate act of self-love and healing. Nadean said so.
